the replacement of timber sliding sash windows with uPVC double glazed windows.  The requirements of the notice are i) Remove the unauthorised uPVC windows in the front elevation of the building on the Land at first floor level and at ground floor level ii) Replace the unauthorised windows with either the original windows, if still existing, or with replica timber sliding sash windows to match the originals exactly.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 4 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) & (f) of the Act as amended. The application for planning permission deemed to have been made under section 177(5) of the Act as amended is also to be considered
