without planning permission, the installation of a louvred balustrade around the entire roof of the premises at third floor/roof level (‘the unauthorised balustrade’).  The requirements of the notice are (a) remove the unauthorised balustrade from the premises or (b) alter the unauthorised balustrade to fully accord with the details approved in application reference 15/03899/DET; and (c) remove all associated waste and debris from the premises, resulting from compliance with above steps.  The period for compliance with the requirements is two months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
