without planning permission the material change of use of the Land to a mixed use for residential purposes and for the keeping of horses and the erection of a two bay timber stable building.  The requirements of the notice are: (a) Permanently cease the equestrian use of the site for the keeping of horses; and (b) Dismantle and permanently remove the timber stable building.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 8 weeks after the notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a), (c) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
