The requirements of the notice are: (a) Permanently cease the equestrian use of the site for the keeping of horses; and (b) Dismantle and permanently remove the timber stable building. The period for compliance with the requirements is 8 weeks after the notice takes effect. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a), (c) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
