(2) Remove all bathroom facilities from the garage including toilet, basin, bath and shower. (3) Remove all kitchen facilities from the garage including kitchen units, sinks, cookers and food preparation areas.  The period for compliance with the requirements is four months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
