without planning permission the material change of use of the building on the land to a sui generis use as a night club, shisha lounge with sandwich bar, outside seating and smoking area and internet café (“the building”).  The requirements of the notice are to: i. Cease the unauthorised material change of use ii. Remove from the land and building all materials and equipment associated with the unauthorised use.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the ground set out in section 174(2)(c) of the 1990 Act as amended
