unauthorised erection of a rear dormer extension on the top floor level and a rear dormer extension at second floor level and the installation of a water tank on the roof of the property.  The requirements of the notice are to: (1) Remove two rear dormer roof extensions and the water tank from the property. (2) Make good and damage resulting from the compliance with the requirements of the notice and restore the roof of the property to its condition before the unauthorised development was carried out. (3) Remove all materials, debris, waste and equipment resulting from compliance with the requirements of the notice from the property and its premises.  The period for compliance with the requirements is six months. 
