the change of use from a shop (Class A1) to a café (Class A3) and the installation of an extract duct at the rear to facilitate the use of the premises for Class A3 purposes.  The requirements of the notice are as follows: 1) Cease the use of the ground floor premises as a café (Class A3 use) ; and 2) Remove the extract duct shown outlined by red lines in Photographs A and B.  The period for compliance with the requirements is six months.  The appeal is proceeding on grounds (a) and (d) as set out in section 174(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
