Without planning permission the erection of a single storey side extension on the Land.  The requirements of the notice are: 5.1 5.2 5.3 Remove the Extension; and Make good any damage caused arising from compliance with step 5.1 above; and Remove from the Land all associated debris arising for the compliance of steps 5.1 and 5.2 above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is three calendar months.  The appeal is proceeding on the ground set out in s174(2)(a) of the Act.
