Without planning permission the unauthorised stationing of a static caravan on the land to provide residential accommodation.  The requirements of the notice are: i) Remove from the land the caravan that is stationed to the front of the property; and ii) Remove from the land the associated decking surrounding the caravan.  The period for compliance with the requirements is two months after the Notice takes effect.  The appeals are proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(c) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
