Without planning permission the erection of 2 dwellings in the approximate position marked with black cross hatching on the attached plan marked Plan 2’.  The requirements of the notice are: (i) Demolish the 2 unauthorised dwellings; and (ii) Remove from the property all building materials and rubble arising from compliance with requirement 5(i) above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 12 months from the date the Notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a)of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
