the erection of a 4 th floor roof extension.  The requirements of the notice are i) Remove the unauthorised 4th floor roof extension in its entirety; ii) Make good all damage to the Property resulting from the removal of the unauthorised works and restore the relevant parts of the Property to its previous roof configuration; iii) Remove all materials, debris, waste and equipment resulting from compliance with the other requirements of the notice from the property and its premises.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) & (g) of the Act as amended. The application for planning permission deemed to have been made under section 177(5) of the Act as amended is also to be considered
