without planning permission the erection of a 2m high front boundary wall.  The requirements of the notice are “a. remove from the land the front boundary wall b. remove all materials associated with the remedial works front the land.”  The period for compliance with the requirements is two months from the date on which the notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended. Since the prescribed fees have been paid within the specified period, the application for planning permission deemed to have been made under section 177(5) of the Act as amended falls to be considered
