without planning permission: the material change of use of land from agricultural land to land used for the storage and parking of vehicles and trailers.  The requirements of the notice are to: (i) cease the use of the land [shown] edged blue [on the plan attached to the notice] for the purposes of storage and parking of vehicles and trailers and; (ii) return the land to its former condition by removing the hard surface and resulting debris from the land edged blue.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 1 month.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in s174(2)(a), (d), (f) and (g) of the 1990 Act as amended. Since an appeal has been brought on ground (a), an application for planning permission is deemed to have been made under s177(5) of the Act
