the material change of use of the former garage to a dwelling.  The requirements of the notice are: 1. Cease the use of the garage as a dwelling and remove the kitchen, bathroom, all internal partition walls and the staircase to the first floor from the premises. 2. Remove all associated debris arising from compliance with (1) including all equipment and materials associated with the unauthorised use of the premises. 3. Carry out works, including the installation of a garage door to ensure that the premises are converted back to a garage.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 6 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (b), (c) and (f)
