The erection of a garden fence is in excess of 2 metres in height, in the approximate position marked with a cross on the attached plan, without the benefit of planning permission, as marked with a black cross and line A–B on the attached plan. (Plan attached to the Notice).  The requirements of the notice are: Reduce the fence height so it does not exceed 2 metres in height when measured from the natural ground level at 10 Windmill Way, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0JA.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (c) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
