The requirements of the notice are remove the unauthorised roof extension and alterations on the rear roof slope and either (i) restore the rear roof to its former condition or (ii) reinstate a pitched roof slope at the rear to match the roof at the rear of the neighbouring building at 102 Gloucester Road in terms of profile and materials. The period for compliance with the requirements is three calendar months.
