Remove the dwelling marked ‘A’ on the attached plan. Remove from the Land all materials resulting from compliance with Step 1 above”. The period for compliance with the requirements of the notice is “six months after this notice takes effect”. The appeals are proceeding on the ground set out in section 174(2)(g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
