Without planning permission the material change of use of the basement of the Property into a self-contained flat.”  The requirements of the notice are to: 1. Cease the use of the basement of the property as self-contained flat and return the basement of the property to its condition before the unauthorised change of use was commenced. 2. Remove all partitions, fittings, fixtures and equipment that facilitate the use of the basement of the property as a self-contained flat. 3.
