Without planning permission excavation of land and laying foundations and the erection of a wooden structure. The requirements of the notice are: 1) Excavate the concrete foundations laid and remove from the land; 2) Fill the excavated hole with soil to the existing ground level and re-seed; 3) Restore the land to its former condition; and 4) Remove the wooden structure from the land. The period for compliance with the requirements is two months from the date the notice takes effect. The appeals are proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(c) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
