Without planning permission excavation of land and laying foundations and the erection of a wooden structure.  The requirements of the notice are: 1) Excavate the concrete foundations laid and remove from the land; 2) Fill the excavated hole with soil to the existing ground level and re-seed; 3) Restore the land to its former condition; and 4) Remove the wooden structure from the land.  The period for compliance with the requirements is two months from the date the notice takes effect.  The appeals are proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(c) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
