The unauthorised erection of walls exceeding:  1 metre in height facing the highway between the locations marked A & B on the attached plan; and  2 metres in height at the locations marked X on the attached plan.  The requirements of the notice are to: Reduce the height of the wall to:  Less than 1 metre in height facing onto the road between the locations marked A&B on the attached plan: and  Less than 2 metres in height at the locations marked X on the attached plan.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 12 weeks.  The appeal is proceeding on grounds (a), (c), (f) and (g) as set out in section 174(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
