without planning permission the construction of a raised brick patio and steps in the rear garden extending the width of the property measuring 0.9m in height and 5.5m in depth shown in the approximate position hatched black on the Plan and as shown on the photograph (plan and photograph attached to the Notice).  The requirements of the notice are: (i) Remove the raised brick patio and steps in the rear garden described at paragraph 3 above (the allegation); and (ii) Remove from the land all material, rubble and debris arising from compliance with requirement (i) above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is Six (6) months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (c) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
