without planning permission, the material change of use of the land to a residential and storage use by the siting of a caravan for residential purposes as shown in Appendix 2 and the storage of additional caravans which are designed for residential purposes, as shown in photographs marked Appendix 3,4 & 6. The requirements of the notice are: (i) cease using any part of the land for residential purposes (ii) cease using the land for the siting/storage of caravans. (iii) remove from the land all caravans, and any equipment brought onto the land of the purposes of residential use. The period for compliance with the requirements is 6 months. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(b),(c),(d),(f) & (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
