without planning permission, the material change of use of the land to a residential and storage use by the siting of a caravan for residential purposes as shown in Appendix 2 and the storage of additional caravans which are designed for residential purposes, as shown in photographs marked Appendix 3,4 & 6.  The requirements of the notice are: (i) cease using any part of the land for residential purposes (ii) cease using the land for the siting/storage of caravans. (iii) remove from the land all caravans, and any equipment brought onto the land of the purposes of residential use.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 6 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(b),(c),(d),(f) & (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
