the redevelopment of the site to provide six self contained apartments without complying with a condition attached to planning permission Ref 14/02345/FUL, dated 18 February 2015.  The condition in dispute is No 10 which states that: “The permission hereby granted shall lapse if planning permission 14/00770/FUL is lawfully implemented in whole or in part.”  The reason given for the condition is: “To avoid an overdevelopment of the site and to ensure the satisfactory provision of sufficient on-site car parking for the development hereby approved (Policy TR7 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (adopted March 1999) refers.)
