the laying of a hard-standing and the erection of 3 outbuildings.  The requirements of the notice are to cease the use of the hard-standing for car parking and either remove the hard-standing and outbuildings in their entirety from the land and permanently remove all material resulting from compliance with this requirement or, revert the use of the hard-standing and outbuildings to a use which is ancillary to the residential use of 23 Brighton Road.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 2 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
