The requirements of the notice are: 1) Cease the residential use of the land. 2) Remove all internal walls and stairs. 3) Remove all domestic appliances connected with the residential use of the building. 4) Remove all residential fixtures and fittings, including kitchen cupboards, sink, mattress etc from within the building. 5) Remove all residential paraphernalia from the land. 6) Remove all resulting material and/or debris from the land. The period for compliance with the requirements is six months. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(d) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
