The requirements of the notice are to: (1) Cease the use of the rear ground floor of the property as a self-contained flat. (2) Remove all but one kitchen and bathroom from the property – this should include the removal of the relevant cookers, sinks, toilets, showers, baths [sic] and associated appliances. (3) Remove from the land all materials and debris resulting from the carrying out of steps (1) and (2). The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (f) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
