Cease the use of the premises as a shisha café/shisha lounge. 2. Remove all equipment and materials associated with the unauthorised use from the premises, including the removal of all tables, chairs, canopies and/or umbrellas, shisha pipes, tobacco and coal.  The period for compliance with the requirements is one month.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (b) and (c) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
