Details of this are to be approved in writing by the Local Authority. Such works shall then be fully constructed in accordance with the approved details, to an agreed specification before the development is first brought into use.  The reason given for the condition is: In the interests of highway safety and to accord with Policy ST5 of the South Somerset Local Plan
