The condition in dispute is No 4 which states that: The static caravans hereby permitted shall be occupied as holiday homes only and not used as residential accommodation as a main residence. The reason given for the condition is: To ensure that none of the caravans is occupied as permanent dwellings contrary to the rural housing policies of the Local Planning Authority
