Demolish the single storey rear extension and raised patio, 2. Permanently remove from the property of (sic) all constituent materials resulting from the works in step 1, and 3. Remove the balustrade and decking that form the roof terrace from on the top of the ground floor rear extension.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a), (c), (d) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
