without planning permission the erection of a building.  The requirements of the notice are: i) Remove from the Land the building in the approximate position shown with the blue coloured cross on the plan attached to the notice; and ii) Remove from the Land all materials associated with the building.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 14 days.  The appeal was made on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (b), (c) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended. Since the prescribed fees have not been paid within the specified period, the application for planning permission deemed to have been made under section 177(5) of the Act as amended does not fall to be considered
