(ii) Permanently remove from the Land all material arising from these works. (iii) Restore the Land to its original condition prior to the breach of planning control.  The periods for compliance with the requirements are: (i) and (ii) - within two months from the date on which this Notice takes effect (iii) - within three months from the date on which this Notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
