without planning permission, the material change of use of the premises from one to two dwellings.  The requirements of the notice are: STEP 1 Cease the use of the premises as more than ONE unit of self-contained accommodation. STEP 2 Remove all kitchens, except ONE, and all bathrooms, except TWO, from the ground floor of the premises, remove all separating doors and partitions and remove all other items, equipment, and materials associated with the unauthorised use from the premises. STEP 3 Remove the front door located in the single storey side projection and brick up the opening with bricks to match the existing brickwork and remove the timber porch located outside this door.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 6 months after this notice takes effect. 
