Without planning permission the material change of use of the building edged with a broken blue line on Plan A from the use as one dwellinghouse to the use as two dwellinghouses.  The requirements of the notice are: (i) (ii) (iii) Cease using the property edged with a broken blue line on plan A as two separate units of accommodation. Remove the kitchen, including all kitchen fittings and equipment, from the property now known as The Laurels.
