Without planning permission the erection of a front porch extension.  The requirements of the notice are to: (1) Reduce the height of the front porch extension to a maximum height of 3 metres high and the floor area to a maximum of 3 m² in line with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class D of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 or; (2) Demolish the front porch extension. (3) Remove all resulting materials, rubble and general detritus from the Land following compliance with step 1 or step 2 above (as applicable).  The period for compliance with these requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (f) and (g) of the Act.
