To demolish the part single, part two storey rear extension shown marked blue on the plan attached to the enforcement notice 2. Remove from the land all construction materials and debris in the area of the garden marked green on the plan attached to the enforcement notice and 3. Remove all resultant debris arising from compliance with steps 1 and 2 from the land.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a)(f) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
