without planning permission the development of a single storey extension shown blue on the plan (attached to the Notice).  The requirements of the notice are: 5.(i) Demolish and remove the single storey front extension shown hatched in blue on the plan attached. 5.(ii) Remove from the land all debris, waste, building materials, plant, equipment and machinery resulting from the demolition works in compliance with 5(i) above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is Two (2) calendar months after this Notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the ground set out in section 174(2) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
