The requirements of the notice are 1. cease the use of the land for the receipt, selling, sorting, storage and distribution of all waste materials; 2. remove all buildings and enclosures associated with the use; 3. remove all equipment, vehicles, waste material and other materials in conjunction with the above use from the land; and 4. remove from the land all debris arising from compliance with 1. above. The period for compliance with the requirements is five months. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (d), (f) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
