without planning permission, the change of use and re-building of the buildings known as The Stables, Mill Cottage and Old Mill for residential accommodation.  The requirements of the notice are (i) Revert the buildings to the details which were approved under S/2010/0308/FUL and ; (ii) Remove from the ground floor any items facilitating the use of the rooms for habitable residential accommodation including the removal of all internal features including any kitchen paraphernalia, (units, extractor fans), fireplaces etc from the building.  The period for compliance with the requirements is six months for step (i) and three months for step (ii). 
