Without planning permission, the installation of bi-fold doors in the western gable extension of the dwelling on the Land.”  The requirements of the notice are to: “Take out the bi-fold doors referred to in 3 above and reinstate the affected part of the wall in accordance with the details approved under the planning permission granted by the council under reference P16/S0522/FUL.”  The period for compliance with the requirements is three months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended. The application for planning permission deemed to have been made under section 177(5) of the 1990 Act as amended falls to be considered
