The use of the Land for the stationing of caravans and associated paraphernalia being used or intended to be used for residential purposes permanently ceases. 2. All caravans and associated paraphernalia being used or intended to be used for residential purposes are permanently removed from the Land.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 6 months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(d) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
