The reason given for the condition is: To match the hours of use of the fishing lake to ensure that the activity remains low key and quiet in this Green Belt location and in the interest of the amenities of the neighbouring properties in accordance with Mole Valley Local Plan policies ENV22 and REC11 and Mole Valley Core Strategy policy CS14
