Without the grant of planning permission, the erection of an outbuilding on the Land the approximate position of which is shown hatched black on attached the attached plan (“the Outbuilding”)[sic]”.  The requirements of the notice are “5.1 Demolish the Outbuilding; and 5.2 Remove all surplus materials and debris from the Land caused arising from the compliance with step 5.1 above.”  The period for compliance with the requirements of the notice is “Two calendar months after this notice takes effect”.  The appeal is proceeding on the ground set out in section 174(2)(g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
