Cease the use of land as a car park and for deliveries, as outlined in red on the attached plan; 2. Remove all vehicles off the land outlined in red on the attached plan; 3. Remove all signage relating to the unauthorised use from the land outline ¡n red on the attached plan; 4. Dispose of all waste generated from the removal of the signs in the correct manner. The period for compliance with the requirements is 2 months. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (d) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
