without planning permission, the erection of a timber fence together with brick pillars and gates at the front and side of the property.  The requirements of the notice are: (i) permanently demolish the timber fence, brick pillars and gates from the front and side of the property; and (ii) permanently remove from the site all materials resulting from compliance with step (i) above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 30 days.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
