without planning permission, the material change of use of the land from agricultural use to residential by the siting of a mobile home for use as a residential dwelling, in the approximate position marked with green hatching on the plan attached to the notice.  The requirements of the notice are (i) cease the use of the land for the siting of a mobile home as a residential dwelling and (ii) remove the mobile home from the land, along with any materials and debris resulting from its removal.  The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months for step (i) and 4 months for step (ii).  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
