The requirements of the notice are (i) cease the use of the land for the siting of a mobile home as a residential dwelling and (ii) remove the mobile home from the land, along with any materials and debris resulting from its removal. The period for compliance with the requirements is 3 months for step (i) and 4 months for step (ii). The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
