The land and buildings known as 133 Bounds Green Road LONDON N11 2PP
without planning permission the erection of a 3 storey extension with mansard roof extension and conversion to 19 self-contained flats. The requirements of the notice are to 1. Cease the use of the upper floors as flats; 2. Remove all fixtures and fittings facilitating the use of the upper floors as flats and 3. Remove from the land all resultant debris carrying out steps 1 and 2 above. The period for compliance with the requirements is six months after the notice takes effect. The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (c), (f) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
