without planning permission, the material change of use of the premises to two dwellings.  The requirements of the notice are: i. cease the use of the premises as more than one dwelling; ii. remove all kitchens, except one, and all, [sic] partitions/walls, doors, items, equipment and materials associated with unauthorised use from the premises.  The period for compliance with the requirements is six months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (d), (a) and (f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
