Without planning permission the erection of a 3 bedroom detached dwelling known as 29E Marlow Road.  The requirements of the notice are: 1) Demolish the building outlined in blue on the attached plan; 2) Remove from the Land the close boarded fence (shown outlined in brown on the attached plan); and 3) Remove all materials resulting from complying with steps 1 and 2 of the notice from the Land.  The period for compliance with the requirements is three months from the date the notice takes effect.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a), (f) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
