Without planning permission, the unauthorised erection of a roof extension on the Property.  The requirements of the notice are: 5.1 5.2 5.3 5.4 Demolish the hip to gable roof extension Demolish the rear dormer roof extension Reinstate the hipped roof in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council bearing reference number 881551 Remove from the Property all building materials and debris arising from compliance Steps 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 above.  The period for compliance with the requirements is six months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in s174(2)(a), (f) and (g) of the Act. Since an appeal has been brought on ground (a) an application for planning permission is deemed to have been made under s177(5) of the Act
